While the responsibility of securing employment rests with students—who are free to choose their job sector and employer—the Institute operates the Approved Employer Programme (AEP). This programme is designed to establish a quality framework for an organisation’s accountancy training structure.The AEP helps trainee organisations optimise their return on investment by defining key performance indicators and enabling effective monitoring of trainees’ progress, achievements, and expectations.
